Process:
The process includes,the forging billet cutting, forging billet heating and pretreatment before forming parts,the heat treatment after forming, cleaning, calibration and testing etc.

1 set of hydraulic press with capacity 31500KN.
3 sets of closed-die forging hammer with capacities of 3t,5t,10t respectively.2 sets of open die forging hammer with capacities of 2t,5t respectively.
1 set of electric arc furnace with capacity 5t.
4 sets of SCR intermediate-frequency electrical furnace all with capacity of 3t.
38 sets of different kinds of machine tool including 5m and 3.5m vertical lathes and 1.6m*12m horizontal lathe And the equipment matched with forging and casting equipment above such as heating furnaces,trimming presses,manipulators for forging,feed-output devices for heating,heat-treatment furnaces Box heat generating electrical furnaces available in the widths ranging from two meters to eleven meters etc.
